1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are processed for transactions made through Fajlka Industries / 01pe Platform.

We operate as a service aggregator, providing digital and financial services (Recharge, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, UPI, PAN, Payout, etc.) through authorized third-party API providers.

All transaction processing and settlement are handled by respective API or banking partners.
Refunds are therefore subject to their response, confirmation, and settlement timelines.


2. Nature of Services

All services offered through our platform are digital and instant in nature. Once a transaction request is submitted, it is automatically processed through our partner’s API system.

Hence, refunds are only applicable in limited cases where the transaction:

  • Fails but the amount is debited from the user’s account, and

  • Is not successfully settled to the beneficiary or service provider.


3. Eligibility for Refund

A user may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

  1. The transaction status shows as “Failed” or “Pending” for more than the standard resolution time (typically 3 to 7 working days).

  2. The corresponding API partner or bank confirms that the transaction was not settled.

  3. The refund request is raised by the user within 7 days of the transaction date.

No refund shall be provided for:

  • Successfully completed transactions.

  • Errors due to incorrect input by the user (wrong mobile number, bill ID, IFSC, etc.).

  • Delays caused by network issues, bank downtime, or partner-side technical failures where settlement is still in process.


4. Refund Process

If you believe a transaction qualifies for a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact support: Email your registered details, transaction ID, and issue description to 01pecare@gmail.com.

  2. Verification: Our team will verify transaction logs and forward the claim to the respective API partner or bank.

  3. Confirmation: Once confirmation of a failed settlement is received, the refund will be processed.

  4. Refund timeline: Usually within 7–10 working days, depending on the API/bank settlement time.

Refunds will be credited to the same wallet, bank account, or payment source used for the original transaction.


5. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • User enters wrong details or beneficiary information.

  • Transaction is in “Success” or “Completed” status.

  • System-generated service charges, API fees, or GST deductions.

  • Cancellation requests made after service execution.

  • Cases of misuse, fraud, or violation of company Terms & Conditions.


6. API and Bank Dependency

As a digital platform using third-party APIs:

  • We depend on banking networks and API providers for real-time transaction status and settlement confirmation.

  • Refund decisions are processed only after written or system confirmation from the respective partner.

  • In some cases, partial refunds or adjustments may apply, depending on the API partner’s policy.


7. Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes or unresolved refunds, users may escalate the issue by emailing 01pecare@gmail.com. with complete details (Transaction ID, date, time, amount, and screenshot if available).

All disputes will be handled transparently in coordination with the respective service provider.


8. Policy Updates

Fajlka Industries reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this Refund Policy at any time.
All changes will be published on 01pe.in or the 01pe mobile application, and the “Effective Date” will be updated accordingly.

⚖️ Summary

Refunds are processed only when a transaction fails and funds are not settled to the beneficiary.
All refunds depend on API provider or banking confirmation and may take 7–10 working days.
Fajlka Industries acts only as a technical service facilitator and not as a bank or payment gateway.
