We provide various digital and fintech services — including Recharge, AEPS, DMT, BBPS, UPI, PAN, and Payout — through third-party API providers.
We do not collect or store any sensitive customer data on our own servers.
All customer information is collected, processed, and stored only by the respective API service provider.
When a user initiates a transaction on our platform, the required data (such as mobile number, account details, transaction value, etc.) is directly transmitted to the authorized API provider for processing.
We only retain minimal technical information (e.g., transaction ID, amount, status, date, and reference logs) needed for confirmation, support, and audit purposes.
Any sensitive or personally identifiable data (such as Aadhaar, PAN, bank account, OTP, biometric data, etc.) is not stored on our systems.
Our role is limited to acting as a facilitator or aggregator.
All sensitive data is processed through a secure API connection as follows:
User → 01pe Platform → Secure API Integration → Third-Party Server
We only receive and store the transaction result (success, failure, or pending) and reference ID.
All customer data remains under the privacy and data protection policies of the API provider.
Our services depend on one or more authorized API partners who handle the actual processing of customer data.
Please note:
Each API provider has its own Privacy Policy and Data Protection Guidelines.
Data is processed and stored according to those policies.
While we monitor compliance and maintain integration security, we do not have full control or ownership of that data.
We use limited, non-sensitive information only for the following purposes:
To forward your service request via the API provider.
To verify and confirm transaction status.
To maintain transaction logs for support and reconciliation.
To handle disputes or service-related queries.
We never sell, trade, or misuse customer information for marketing, advertising, or unrelated purposes.
Although we do not store sensitive data, we maintain strict security practices for all system communications:
Encrypted HTTPS API connections.
Secure data transmission protocols.
OTP and authentication layers for login.
Access limited to authorized personnel only.
Sensitive data remains fully protected on the respective API provider’s secure servers.
We retain only non-sensitive transaction logs (e.g., transaction ID, amount, date, status) for a limited period:
To address customer complaints or disputes.
To comply with audit and regulatory requirements.
We do not retain any personal or financial data beyond what is legally or operationally necessary.
If you have concerns or requests related to your data, you may contact the API provider directly.
We will assist in forwarding such requests where applicable.
We comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, RBI guidelines, and other relevant data protection standards.
Data may be shared only under lawful or regulatory obligations.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically.
All updates will be posted on our website (01pe.in) or mobile application, and the “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly.

Fajlka Industries acts solely as an API aggregator to facilitate digital financial services.
We do not store, access, or process customer’s sensitive or personal data directly.
All such data is securely handled by the respective authorized API provider under their own data protection framework.
